30-day money-back guarantee

CM Marine Limited offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to the CM Marine Part A exam preparation service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@cm-marine.uk and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 3–10 business days to show the funds.

Free trial

The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the pricing page using "Manage billing", or via the link in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided the renewed period has not been substantially used.
